Job Description
We’re looking for Home Care Assistant candidates from London, Greater London, UK who are willing to relocate. We are an ‘A’ rated visa sponsor & we have roles available for people looking for a sponsor switch or to transfer from student visas. Our roles are also open to local people & we can only offer visa sponsorship for roles that cannot first be filled by local candidates. Home Care Assistants employed by Nouveau Care visit people in their own homes to provide CQC regulated care services such as supporting people with personal care.
Requirements
As a Home Care Assistant for Nouveau Care you’ll support people with their care needs in their own homes and similar care facilities.
Your key responsibilities as a Home Care Assistant include:
Providing care and support
Promoting independence
Personal care support
Medication support
Meal preparation
Home support tasks
Dementia & Alzheimer’s support
Stroke recovery support
Providing palliative care
Learning disability support
Mental health support
Required Skills
Previous care or healthcare experience is an advantage for our clients but not a necessity. People from nursing home, hospital, community support or care home backgrounds are a good fit for these roles.
